If you who have an RCBC ATM savings account or the RCBC MyWallet cash card, there is a convenient and safe way to inquire your balance online without having to register through the BankNet portal. No need to go to a physical ATM machine!
Some banks also offers this capability to their customers. However, in most cases, you have to enroll first to their online banking system before you can perform a simple balance inquiry. RCBC also have their own online banking system where you can perform fund transfers and generate bank statements.
How to Check RCBC Savings / RCBC MyWallet Balance Online1. Open up a browser and go to http://www.bancnetonline.com/cardholder.html
2. On the left sidebar navigation where it says choose your bank, click on the link for RCBC or RCBC Savings Bank.
* RCBC (commercial bank) is different from RCBC Savings Bank.
3. A pop-up window will appear displaying BancNet's Terms and Conditions in using the portal. Read the T&C then click on the "I Agree" button to proceed.
5. Enter your ATM PIN number using the on-screen keyboard and hit on submit. The keypad numbers are randomly jumbled each time you access the portal so take a closer look.
Voila! You can now see your account's remaining balance.
Aside from checking your account balance, you can also perform other transactions through this portal. Transactions such as intrabank/interbank fund transfer, checkbook reorder, or viewing your transaction log.
